Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns on any item. In order for our company to maintain safety and quality of products.
If customer receive any defective products, you must contact us immediately or within 3 days after delivery date, with pictures of product(s). Once we receive photos of defective goods, we will try to resolve the issue regarding any item(s).
Cosmicorigin.net reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card or PayPal account.
Refunds can only be given to the buyer who made the original purchase. No exceptions!
